1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in this Agreement carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — sd999's website (sd999.bar), mobile application, and other digital channels.
• "Member" — any individual who has registered on the platform and operates an active account.
• "Service" — all betting, casino games, slots, live dealer games, and related activities provided by sd999.
• "Bonus" — additional credits or rewards granted by sd999, usable under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the specific amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the primary transaction currency of this platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use sd999's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Use of any service on this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must open an account using your correct identity and accurate information.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and capacity and enter into this agreement of your own free will.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information will result in account termination, and any funds held may be forfeited.

3.2 Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

sd999 may carry out an identity verification (Know Your Customer) process at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. A national ID card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for this purpose.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sd999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer through any approved bank in Bangladesh (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: at least ৳500 per method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: at least ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This may take longer if a verification process is ongoing.

4.4 Transaction Terms

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through an account registered in the same person's name.
• Transacting through a third party's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• sd999 complies with anti-money laundering laws. Suspicious transactions will be automatically flagged for review.
• Deposited funds are non-refundable; however, the management team may consider exceptions in specific circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

sd999 offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

• Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you ৳3,000 to play with in total.
• Alternatively, if you deposit ৳12,000 the bonus is capped at ৳10,000, giving you ৳22,000 in total.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount received (on the bonus only, not on the deposit).

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• sd999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by sd999.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

sd999 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific betting limits apply to each game and market, and are displayed within the game itself. Members may set their own personal betting limits — learn more on our Responsible Gaming page.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, sd999 will endeavour to provide the best resolution possible. However, sd999 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical problems.

6.4 Bet Cancellation & Review

sd999 reserves the right to cancel any bet where suspicious activity or a technical error is detected. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sd999 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Abusing or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
• Colluding with other members (organised cheating).
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Intimidating, threatening, or harassing sd999 staff.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.

8 Limitation of Liability

The sd999 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. sd999 will not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
• Account security breaches resulting from a member's own negligence or carelessness.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways or banking services.
• Financial loss from gaming — gambling always carries financial risk.

sd999's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the total funds deposited in the member's account.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Termination by sd999

sd999 may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Participation in prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Non-cooperation with age verification or the KYC process.
• Long-term inactive account (in this case an email notice will be sent in advance).

9.2 Termination by the Member

You may request closure of your account at any time. Submit your request by email to [email protected]. It is your responsibility to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed.
